Real Madrid Vigo respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) Policy outlines the procedures for reporting alleged copyright infringement and for filing counter-notifications regarding material removed from our services.

It is Real Madrid Vigo's policy to respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Filing a DMCA Notification

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via Real Madrid Vigo's services, you may notify our designated copyright agent by submitting a written notice containing the following information:

  6. Your electronic or physical signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification by submitting a written notice containing the following information:

  • Identification of the removed material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • A statement of good faith belief: A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your subscriber information: Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Real Madrid Vigo may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Your electronic or physical signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
